Community Involvement
PROUD is all about getting involved in the community, so here is what we've done to help our Autistic individuals be out and about!
NeuroWalks
In March 2024, PROUD's Co-Ordinator along with Flynn Watson, created a Facebook group to organise hikes or walks for neurodivergent people in our community.

Gym
A few of our individuals have been going to the gym regularly every Thursday morning.
